Gail Bailey

Sales Manager                                                                                                                                                 As sales manager, Gail is responsible for client utilization and resource management involved in the execution of group meetings, conferences, trainings and special events held at the Ruidoso Convention Center. Gail also assists with booking group functions and is the point person for catering detail.

Gail has more than 5 years of experience in advertising and hotel sales. She joined the staff of the Ruidoso Convention Center/The Lodge at Sierra Blanca/Leisure Hotels in 2007.

Bernadeen Randolph

Office Manager
As office manager for the Ruidoso Convention Center, Bernadeen is responsible for preparing all contracts involved in convention center utilization, including receipting for room rental, deposits and audio-visual reservations and support services. She also conducts site tours and supports booking activity and set up.

Bernadeen has been with the Village of Ruidoso since 2000.

Manny Cordova

Facilities Manager
As convention center manager, Manny supervises all aspects of facility operations and event set up, including multi-function meetings, exhibitions and special events. Realizing that successful meetings hinge on effective traffic patterns and on reliable, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and other manual and technical services, Manny and his staff are highly attentive to client needs and resources.

Manny has been employed by the Village of Ruidoso since 1987, coming to the Ruidoso Convention Center from the Parks and Recreation Department.
